Jesus coming brought joy to the world.We celebrate His birthday during Christmas which is every December 25.Before,there was no Christmas.God our Father,promised a Savior.He came into the world to live with us on earth.
Jesus is the gift of the Father to us.He came to show us His Love.He came to bring us to the Father in heaven.The colorful lights and beautiful gifts during Christmas reminds us of Jesus who gives Light and Life to the world.During Christmas,we see people preparing gifts and cards.The spirit of Christmas is the time of giving.Because it is the birthday of Jesus,it is also everybody's birthday.So when we give gifts to someone,we are giving that gift to Jesus.And the best gift we can give to Jesus is Love.When we love others,it is Jesus whom we are loving.We celebrate the eucharist with our family on the birth of Jesus,instead of only eating together and giving gifts.
Jesus came to be with us to make us feel that we are important and that He loves us so much.In the mass,we show how thankful we are for His gifts to us that is Himself.Jesus is God's gift to us on "CHRISTMAS DAY."

Sa nakaraang buwan ng Nobyembre,naganap ang Filipino-Values Month Celebration.
"Pagbabago lamang ang permanenteng pangyayari sa buhay."Gayunpaman,nararapat pag-aralan at suriing mabuti kung alin ang dapat baguhin at alin dapat panatilihin.Pansinin natin ang mga Pilipino sa ngayon.Napakalaki na ang pinagbago lalo na kung ang pag-uusapan ay ang mabubuting kaugalianng ipinamana sa atin ng mga ninuno.Napakayaman sa mabubuti at magagandang kaugalian ang mga Pilipino kung saan masasalamin ang tatak ng kanilang pagkalahi.Pangunahin sa mga kaugaliang sadyang maipagmamalaki ng isang Pilipino ang Bayanihan.Ito ang pagtutulungan ng mga magkakakilala at magkakaibigan sa paggawa ng isang bagay upang mapadali ang pagtapos sa isang gawain.Ang Pilipino ay handang tumulong sa anumang paraan,pera o serbisyo.Ang paggalang ay sadyang tatak-Pilipino sapagkat ito ang paraan ng pagpapadama ng paggalang ng mga nakababata sa mga nakatatanda sa kanya.Ang simbang gabi ay isa ring kaugaliang ginaganap sa loob ng siyam na gabi bago dumating ang Pasko.Ang mga Pilipino ay gumigising ng madaling araw upang makinig at makibahagi sa misa bilang paghahanda sa araw ng kapanganakan ni Hesus.
Ang mga nabanggit ay ilan lamang sa mga kaugalian na nararapat panatilihin at palaganapin ng mga makabagong Pilipino lalo na sa panahong kasalukuyan na ang marami ay nadadala na sa kaugaliang kanluranin.Kaya pagtibayin ang ating pagkataong Pilipino,tungo sa hamon ng panahon.

"CHALLENGES THROUGH SUCCESS"
When we came across our insights or reflections on our learnings for the second quarter,is almost hard to rushing our work to pass all the requirements or in our records for the grading period.
More learnings I discover,because this quarter we are pressure to do our work at a time.We are pressuring,almost any second,anytime we do our projects,the event in our school especially the intramural.How many days are postponed the intrams and the exam.So this challenges or problems I encountered in this quarter.Many of us were rushing about all the projects involved.I also expect what I get the examination because sometimes we can't met our teacher and the learnings we gain from it.All of us od the best what we can do so that we can only solved the challenges in our school.
Being a student,we can prove this all the time,We mustdo our best to not rushing all our requirements.So that nothing would be our problems.Through challenges were success..

Adapting To Diverse SCIENCE CULTURE for Development
Our culture makes the individual receives from the group or a system of behavior shared by members of society. We can develop it by processing for bringing out the hidden or latent possibilities in a person whether through growth and differentation in a series.
Adapting is the trait of being able to adjust to changing situation which is intelligent and which promotes morale. Our community immediate environment outside our home and being of the community that we are expected to perform our role as a member. We can do our various responsibilities of several social institution. As we develop ourselves to diverse it we also progress our self-knowledge and self-understanding. We discover also by the means of way we develop towards enhancing the work or capabilities improving our limitations.
COOPERATE, COMMUNICATE, and UNITE for the development and thus,it is evident how great an influence culture in individuals. We should adapt,promote needed to further satisfy through distinct people to adapt the science culture that are diverse it.

FILIPINO LANGUAGE:KEY OF NATIONAL IDENTITY
What is the difference between Pilipino and Filipino?Why is it a Filipino not a Pilipino?
It is now Filipino,our national language.Pilipino are based only in Tagalog language that are continuous to gave and act to support the Bisaya,Iloko and etc.Filipino is existing our own language of the Philippines and to the other countries.Furthermore,Filipino is the truly selected our language.
Our own language is the chain stamp of one nation.This is the greatest key for identity in one people.Anywhere they will go if they speak their own dialects,they can easily determine what country they belong to.In fact,our own language is key for identity and unity in one country.We are here to communicate and help one another to progress and use the Filipino language.it symbolizes that we are supported anywhere we can live alone.We can also interpret our own identity in locality that are progressing for.
Friends,classmates it is in our hands to become success for our own languages.We take and support and use it with kindness.Statistics shows that people who speak and write correctly get ahead in Life faster.Mastery of Filipino and Tagalog is a main ingredient of success.

LET'S COOPERATE IT
As a Senior students,I had also bothered many experiences in school.In different Subjects I met.Always I being shy and others.I have more ideas and questions that I learned.
Different learnings and discoveries I have learned.Especially in TLE subjects.I learned how to manipulate and how to create a blog and also the history of the internet.Before,I can't think that how much I reach to learned computer.But this school year,I learned more about the internet.Not only in this subjects,but also the different subjects.
But not only the learnings I encounter.Also problems or challenges because, I always had prolems.Like the financial,I can't go to school without finance.We are poor and because of this,my parents always anger with one another.In school,I also encounter problems like the things that I am very shy.Thing that I can't express myself to my parents,friends or in classmates.Challenge that are being my fault.I only crying myself so that I can only out my emotions or feelings.Many problems or challenges I encountered,I can't memorize it.So, I feel sad everytime I went to school.
These challenges will I resolved if I address to my parents or in my friends.Because I can't be an sadly girl If I will share my problems to one who can help me.In school,many also students not obeying rules and regulations.
In proving myself I will find a job or I will study well so that I can easily find a job.And I can also help my parents to put up and being success.

SPEAK ENGLISH OR FILIPINO PROPERLY WITH KINDNESS
When we came across the words ENGLISH,you become not supposedly talk.For such special use,what we can do is to try to understand the speaker.We also impress on the idea to pay attention to the speaker.
ENGLISH.as an international language,may use depending on the native English or in Filipino area using it.We also speak it proprly so that our feelings used to convey the beauty of language,as it is used creatively in literary pieces.And if we also speak well in English or in a Filipino,we exposed our human values and life itself as experience our skill or ability to the speaker.For even better communication,we have also our opportunities to seek clarification,verify and react to the ideas and opinions.Eventhough,in speaking English or in a Filipino we can develop our desirable attitudes by understanding human nature,strengthen the student's commitment to develop themselves by embracing national ideals as well as the other aspects of Filipino.It is also acquired work habits and skills relevant to the attainment of national growth and development rooted in Filipino moral values.
Speaking with our own language is the skill to suggests our employment hopes assist in youth responding to demands using a timely,wholistic and technologically oriented perspective.

Nutrisyon;Tungo sa Landas ng Kaunlaran
Katotohanang ang lakas at kaunlaran ng isang bansa ay nakasalalay sa uri ng mga mamamayan ay mahihina at sakitin,matatamlay at hindi makagawa nang maayos,ano ang dapat asahan kundi isang bansang dahop at napag-iwanan ng kaunlaran.Ngunit kapag ang mga mamamayan naman ay puno ng sigla at buhay,malulusog at masisipag na gumagawa,maaasahang isang maunlad at bihasa ang kanilang bayan.
Malaki ang papel na ginagampanan ng nutrisyon o tamang pagkain sa kalusugan ng mga tao.Ang katawan ng tao ay nangangailangan ng tamang pagkain upang lumakas at lumusog.Kapag nagkulang sa pagkain ang tao,o siya ay''malnurished''siya ay magiging sakitin at laging nanghihina.Pati isip niya ay hindi makapag-iisip na mabuti,parang lagi siyang inaantok.Napapabayaan niya ang kanyang gawain.Nawawala rin ang kanyang interes na magtrabaho.Dito rin napapatunayan na ang kalusugan ay kayamanan at mahalaga para sa kaunlaran ng bansa.Kaya napapansin natin na yaong mga batang may malusog na pangangatawan ay silang nangunguna sa klase,masisigla sa mga gawain,malikhain sa pag-iisip,kaya dapat kailangan ang ating wastong nutrisyon.Malaking suliranin ng ating bansa ang malnutrisyon ng mga mamamayan.Hindi lamang dahilan sa talagang kulang sila sa pagkain kundi yaong may sapat na makakain ay hindi naman wasto ang paraan ng pagkain.Samakatuwid,ang malnutrosyon sa atin ay suliranin ng kakulangan ng pagkain.May mga ipinapatupad rin ng gobyerno na ''feeding program''.
